Designed with the intention to help you feel better in your body and mind through movement. Whether you’re looking for mobility training, want 1:1 handstand coaching, a private yoga class, or something a little different, I’m here to help you reach your movement goals. 1:1 sessions are perfect for individualized attention if you want help working towards a specific pose, working on targeted areas of the body (hips, spine, shoulders, etc.), or are just looking for a guided flow with a more personalized touch than you'd get in a group class.

Available in an online video call format or in person in Denver, Colorado.

Individualized coaching tailored to meet your health goals. We'll dive deep into nutrition and understanding the impact that food has on your body. We'll also touch on other aspects of your life that have a direct impact on your health, such as movement, stress management, sleep, relationships, mental & emotional health, spirituality, and more. Health is so much more than the food that you eat, and balancing these other areas is vital to accomplishing your health goals. While everyone's goals related to health will look a little different, my goal is to help you make sustainable diet and lifestyle changes to feel more at home in your body and mind, whatever that may look like.

NUTRITION & HOLISTIC HEALTH

1:1 NUTRITION & HEALTH COACHING

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

— 45 minute initial Health History to review health concerns, habits, and goals
— One-on-one 45 minute sessions (virtual or in person in Denver, Colorado)
— Options for a one month, three month, or six month program with bi-weekly sessions
— Individualized nutrition and lifestyle guidance based on your goals
— Email support between sessions
— Resources (journaling prompts, educational handouts, podcast & book recommendations)

Health is Wealth

I've completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training that went deep into anatomy & physiology, sequencing, philosophy, subtle body energetics, and more, and currently teach yoga in Denver, CO. I've also completed multiple trainings with a specialized focus on joint mobility and heavily incorporate this type of training into my daily life.

Additionally, I studied with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become certified as a Nutrition & Holistic Health Coach, where I learned about everything from dietary theories, micro and macro nutrients, and the gut microbiome to chronic disease, the nervous system, and nutritional psychiatry.

Movement is what makes me feel alive. Getting out climbing, snowboarding, or hiking, flowing in a yoga class, or spending time upside down in a handstand session is how I get into flow state — it's where I feel most like myself, it's how I can quiet the chaos in my mind. And I believe that taking care of my health in all other areas of my life (especially nutrition) is vital for supporting my body to move in these ways throughout my lifetime.

I'm truly passionate about this, which is why I feel inspired to help others find that spark for prioritizing their mind & body too.

I've dealt with injuries, migraines, chronic pain, and anxiety and depression. I can relate to how frustrating it is to feel like a stranger in your own body, or to just want to feel "normal".

I've also been very intentional about finding the "why", or the root cause. I've dedicated significant amounts of time to learning about the human body and brain, movement mechanics, the nervous system, nutrition, etc., and I feel stronger, healthier, and more energized than ever.

A feeling I want to help everyone else find, too.
